We searched the market to see what a budget of up to £200,000 could get you in Newquay, one of Cornwall’s most desirable areas.

Looking specifically for potential homes, rather than vacation rentals, we found six apartments. Most are two-bedroom, but the cheapest is a one-bedroom apartment for £100,000.
